All systems feature an extruded aluminium vertical grid that:-

• eliminates wide tolerances on secondary steelwork
• reduces the amount of secondary steelwork with resultant cost savings
• speeds up facade construction

Spanwalls customer focused approach allows the architect total freedom in the design of any facade.

• Panels are available in any combination of lengths up to 4.2m and heights up to 1.2m, dependant upon core materials.
• A range of core materials is available for specific thermal and acoustic requirements. All core material are totally CFC and HCFC free.
• Spanwall has the facility to match any colour requirment in a PVdF coating. 3 and 4 coat paint systems are available for particularly aggressive environments. The system 2020 Aggregate has a natural stone exterior in a choice of 18 colours.
• Special panels such a curves, cranks and corners can all be manufactured to enhance the facade.
• All systems are supplied with grid, gaskets and fixings and are tested to CWCT standards.
• Composite panels have excellent spanning capabilities. Panels have been designed for specific applications spanning up to 4.5m without the need for any mid-span support and resulting in significant savings on secondary steelwork.
• Spanwalls range of architectural wall cladding systems integrate seamlessly with one another and also with other elements of the facade such as doors, windows, curtain walling etc.
